Villa Florentina takes pride offering guests a lovely menu selection provided by local vendors who are dedicated to the area’s agricultural heritage and culinary treasures. As a neighbor to Sacramento Valley’s abundant farmers’ markets and sustainable food, we have access to the freshest food. In tandem with Sacramento Valley’s participation with the Farm to Fork program, we, too, appreciate small vendors who practice farming techniques that are safe to the environment, public health and animal welfare—a true farm to fork experience.

One of our local producers, Sierra Rizing bakery, uses fresh seasonal ingredients so that you can taste foods at their best. The bakery is founded by Teal Triolo who trained as a pastry chef under notable chef, Wolfgang Puck, and among other well known San Francisco culinary experts. The Villa sources from many local vendors, such as Sierra Rizing, so that guests are offered a fresh, palate-pleasing menu.
